Udon making experience
You'll learn each step that goes into making the region's delicious udon by hand and foot. Sanuki udon is known across Japan for its smooth texture and elasticity. The cooking teacher teach you how to make soup stock as well as Sanuki udon,using authentic, high quality ingredients so that you can recreate the dish at home. You'll enjoy your handmade udon in both eating such as chilled one and hot one and get beautiful pictures which are taken by a Photographer during this experience.

First, the woman will hold this Udon making experience. She have some cooking classes and a lot of knowledges about Japanese foods. You can learn what is Japanese Udon, how difference Sanuki Udon and others, history and how to make it. It will make you interested in Udon and making it.
Next, you will start to make Udon noodle with your hand and FOOT. It looks weird for you but has means and traditional method in Japan. You can make soup stock which used dried fish and dried kelp (seaweed). And use authentic sake for udon soup to help the flavor to be more savory and velvety. You must be fun while making and the teacher teach you how to make politely, So don't worry if you aren't good at cooking.
You can try chilled Udon and hot soup Udon with organic tea and Japanese pickles. Chilled Udon is eaten with dip source is made organic. You will feel to be much tasty because you made by yourself. Enjoy delicious your Sanuki Udon!!
