I captured a beautiful surprise proposal during cherry blossom season in Japan, in a location filled with stunning early-blooming sakura.

Although it was still mid-March and the main cherry blossoms had not fully bloomed yet, we carefully chose a spot known for its early blooming trees. The soft pink sakura created the perfect romantic setting for this special moment.

To avoid the crowds, we planned an early morning photoshoot. They arrived exactly on time, which allowed us to have the location completely to ourselves. Thanks to that, everything went smoothly and we were able to focus fully on capturing the proposal.

She had no idea the proposal was coming. When it happened, she was overwhelmed with emotion, smiling through tears of surprise and happiness. Being able to capture such a genuine moment made me incredibly happy as well.

Some nearby visitors even started recording the moment and celebrating with them, which created such a warm and joyful atmosphere. It truly felt like everyone there was part of their special moment.

They were such a bright and fun couple, and every time I showed them the photos during the session, their reactions were full of excitement and joy. The one-hour shoot flew by as we talked, laughed, and created unforgettable memories together.
