KYOTO

Surprise Proposal Photoshoot in Arashiyama Kyoto | Romantic Riverside Engagement in Japan!!

I had the pleasure of capturing a surprise proposal photoshoot in Arashiyama, Kyoto, one of the most scenic and romantic locations in Japan.

We carefully planned the proposal along the river in Arashiyama. As we had a limited amount of time, the groom-to-be and I created a detailed schedule to make sure everything would go smoothly on the day. Thankfully, they arrived right on time, and at that exact moment, the area became much quieter, allowing us to capture the proposal in a peaceful and intimate setting.

They were such a kind, calm, and respectful couple, and it was truly a joy to be part of such a meaningful moment. When I showed them the photos right after the proposal, their reactions were full of happiness, which made the experience even more special for me.

After the proposal, we continued the photoshoot at a traditional Japanese building where they had lunch planned. The location was absolutely beautiful, and the groom had also prepared a surprise bouquet, which made the moment even more emotional and memorable. She was so happy, and the atmosphere was simply perfect.

Although we were moving quickly, we still had time to talk and share some great moments together. They were such a lovely couple that I honestly wished we had more time to spend together.

I truly hope we will meet again someday. Congratulations again on your engagement, and please come visit Japan again!
