I recently had the pleasure of photographing a lovely couple at Osaka Castle Park, one of the most iconic and photogenic locations in Osaka. They had been following my work on social media and came to the shoot with a clear vision of what they wanted, which made planning even more fun. We combined their ideas with my own location suggestions to create a custom photo route through the park.
Osaka Castle Park has so many great photo spots, and this time I discovered a quieter area with lots of trees that I hadn’t used before. It turned out to be perfect for peaceful, romantic shots—and I was really excited to find a new favorite place to shoot!
Since it was late May, the azaleas were in bloom, adding a beautiful pop of color to the background. The couple loved the variety in their photos, and seeing their happy reactions made me so glad they chose to book with me.
Thank you again for trusting me to capture your special time in Japan. I truly hope to see you both again on your next trip!

I had the joy of capturing a beautiful surprise proposal at Osaka Castle Park. The couple was visiting with their family, and the proposal took place at one of the most scenic spots in the park. They were such a sweet and adorable couple, and after the big moment, we took fun group photos with their family—everyone was full of love and happiness, making it a truly special atmosphere to photograph.
A few days later, we met again for a pre-wedding photo session in the lively streets of Namba. It was a completely different vibe from the nature-filled castle park. Surrounded by vibrant signs and cityscapes that really represent Osaka, we got creative together—combining their ideas and mine to capture some really fun and unique shots. We even explored a few backstreets I hadn’t used before, which made the shoot feel like an adventure for me too.
After spending two sessions together, it honestly felt like we had become friends, which made the whole experience even more meaningful. Congratulations again to this lovely couple—I’m so happy I could be part of your story. I hope you come back to Japan again someday!
I recently had the pleasure of photographing a wonderful couple at Nara Park, surrounded by many friendly deer. The weather was perfect—not too hot—making the shoot very comfortable. From the moment we met, they were so friendly, and we enjoyed chatting throughout the session.
After taking photos at a nearby temple, we headed to the main area of Nara Park to capture moments with the deer. Since it was early morning, the deer were calm and easy to photograph. Maybe they were still waking up, which made it even more fun! Once we bought some special crackers for the deer, they quickly approached us, eager for treats.
Later, we visited a quieter, more forested part of the park and were lucky to see a tiny baby deer. Though I’ve visited Nara Park many times, this was my first time seeing such a small fawn. The couple also enjoyed capturing videos with their own camera, making it a special memory.
To my surprise, they brought a souvenir for me, which I truly appreciated. I tried it right away and loved it so much that half was gone in no time! I’m very grateful for their kindness.
It was a joy to photograph these two, and I hope they come back to Japan soon. Their warmth and friendliness made the shoot so enjoyable for me as well.
I had the honor of photographing a truly unforgettable couple in two of Kyoto’s most iconic locations: Fushimi Inari Shrine and the Gion district. From the very first moment we met, I was greeted with the warmest smiles, and I just knew this was going to be a special day. And I was right — we spent about two and a half hours together, and every minute was full of joy and connection.
More than just a photoshoot, it felt like we were old friends catching up. We shared stories, talked about our cultures, and learned so much from one another. I was amazed by how deeply they knew about Japanese traditions — in some areas, even more than I did! It truly moved me to see how much love and respect they had for Japan.
They welcomed me with such kindness that I honestly felt like I was spending the day with family. Saying goodbye at the end was bittersweet because our time together had been so meaningful.
To this incredible couple — thank you for choosing me as your photographer. I will never forget the memories we created together, and I truly hope our paths cross again someday. Until then, please take care and thank you again from the bottom of my heart.
I recently had an unforgettable night photoshoot in the lively streets of Namba, Osaka, with one of the sweetest couples I’ve ever met. From the moment we met, they were warm, friendly, and full of positive energy. Their smiles made the entire shoot so enjoyable, and it was such a pleasure to capture their connection against the glowing city backdrop.
We started shooting around the bright neon lights of Namba. They loved every photo I took — and when I showed them one of the flash and long exposure shots, their reaction was priceless! They were genuinely amazed, and their excitement gave me even more inspiration. I ended up trying different angles, creative lighting setups, and unique poses I don’t usually do.
They followed every direction perfectly and made each scene come alive. Because of their joyful energy and openness, the entire shoot went smoothly and the photos turned out beautifully. I especially loved capturing their natural smiles — they were so radiant that I couldn’t help smiling behind the camera too.
To this wonderful couple — thank you so much for choosing me as your photographer. I truly had a fantastic time and I hope to see you again next time you visit Japan! 😊

I recently had the pleasure of filming a surprise proposal for an incredibly sweet couple in Kyoto — and it was absolutely magical. The groom-to-be carefully planned everything and brought his girlfriend to a small, charming bridge nestled in a peaceful park. Meanwhile, I waited in the perfect spot, camera ready.
As soon as they arrived and stepped onto the bridge, he got down on one knee and proposed. I began filming at just the right moment, capturing the entire emotional scene. Her reaction was priceless — full of joy and surprise — and she absolutely loved the video afterwards.
After the proposal, we walked around the park taking more footage in various scenic spots. The entire shoot was full of laughter and conversation, and it felt more like spending time with friends than working. The hour flew by, and I’m truly grateful I could be a part of such a meaningful memory.
I’m confident that we’ll meet again — whether in Japan or Hawaii. And next time, let’s grab a meal together!
Congratulations again, and thank you so much for letting me capture your story.
I recently had the pleasure of photographing an incredibly sweet and charming couple at Osaka Castle Park. They wore beautiful kimonos in perfectly coordinated colors, which made their overall look feel elegant and harmonious. The traditional clothing paired with the historic backdrop of Osaka Castle created a picture-perfect atmosphere.
We were lucky with the weather that day — although I had been concerned about the summer heat, it turned out to be quite pleasant. Thanks to that, we were able to walk around the park and take photos in several different spots without rushing.
As we moved from location to location, we naturally started talking more, and before I knew it, we were laughing together like friends. Of course, I focused on capturing beautiful images, but more than anything, I enjoyed the time we spent together. They were so kind, relaxed, and always smiling. Every time I suggested a pose, they followed my directions with such grace that photographing them was a true joy.
When I sent them the final photos, they told me how much they loved them. It made me so happy to know they were pleased, and I’m genuinely thankful to have been part of their memories in Japan.
To this lovely couple — thank you again. I hope you’ll visit Japan again someday. And when you do, let’s go grab a meal together!
Recently, I had the honor of photographing a deeply emotional and beautifully planned surprise proposal in a bamboo grove in Kyoto’s Arashiyama area.
As photo regulations in the famous Arashiyama Bamboo Grove have become stricter in recent years, I recommended a quieter bamboo grove where photography is still allowed without a permit. The groom-to-be and I planned everything in advance, and to avoid crowds, we met early in the morning. He arrived perfectly on time, which allowed us to begin the session smoothly.
When the moment came, he got down on one knee, and it was pure magic. His girlfriend was completely surprised — her reaction was so genuine and emotional that she began to cry. Even the people nearby, who had no idea what was happening, stopped in their tracks and cheered them on with warm congratulations. His proposal didn’t just touch her heart — it brought smiles to everyone around.
Both of them were incredibly polite, kind, and full of warmth. As I guided them to several beautiful photo spots, they showed genuine interest in each location and treated me with such respect and friendliness. Thanks to their positive energy and bright smiles, the entire shoot felt natural and joyful from beginning to end.
I’m so grateful they chose me to capture this important milestone in their lives. Congratulations again, and I truly hope to see you in Japan again someday.

I had the joy of photographing a truly unforgettable surprise proposal at Osaka Castle Park — and it couldn’t have been more perfect.
The groom-to-be told his girlfriend that they were just doing a regular couple’s photoshoot during their trip to Japan. So, we started as if it were just a normal session. From the very beginning, they looked like they had stepped out of a fashion magazine — stylish, elegant, and effortlessly photogenic. They were turning heads as we walked, with people stopping to compliment them, saying things like “You two look amazing!”
As we walked through the park, we arrived at a beautiful area filled with blooming hydrangeas, a summer highlight in Japan. After a few casual shots, we moved into position for the big moment. Right on cue, he got down on one knee. Her reaction was incredible — completely surprised, full of joy, and clearly overwhelmed with happiness.
He had looked nervous before, but after the proposal, he was visibly relieved. From that point on, their energy shifted into something even more relaxed and warm. They couldn’t stop smiling, and I felt so lucky to be there capturing it all.
We had such fun during the shoot, especially when we started chatting about anime — something we were all passionate about! It truly felt like talking with friends. Before we knew it, the one-hour session had flown by.
Thank you so much for choosing me as your photographer for such a meaningful moment. It was an honor and a joy to capture your story. Congratulations again — I wish you both a lifetime of happiness!

I recently had the pleasure of photographing a lovely family in the vibrant Namba area of Osaka. During summer, sunset comes late, so our evening photoshoot started around 7:30 PM. Even after a full day of sightseeing, their young daughter did her best to smile throughout the session. I kept the conversation light and fun to help her stay engaged, and I truly believe she had a great time.
The parents were incredibly warm and friendly, treating me as if I were part of their family. We explored different locations around Namba for the shoot, and each time I showed them a photo on my camera, their delighted reactions made me so happy. Their joy was contagious and reminded me how meaningful my work is.
I’m truly grateful they chose me from among so many photographers in Japan. That night’s photoshoot was a beautiful experience for me as well, and I’ll always remember it. I hope to see them again someday when they visit Japan again!

I had the honor of photographing a beautiful surprise proposal at Osaka Castle Park in mid-May. The weather forecast called for high temperatures and strong sun, so we planned an early morning meet-up to avoid both the heat and the crowds. Thanks to that, we were greeted with a pleasantly cool breeze and had a peaceful, refreshing atmosphere for the shoot.
The surprise proposal went perfectly according to plan. His proposal was thoughtful and heartfelt, and it created such a beautiful and emotional moment. She had no idea what was coming—her shocked expression quickly turned into tears of joy, followed by the brightest smiles. It was such a genuine and touching reaction, and I felt so grateful to be there to capture it.
After the proposal, we explored other scenic spots within the park. They were so happy with the photos and embraced all of my ideas, which allowed us to make the most of our time together. I’m truly thankful they chose me to document such a once-in-a-lifetime moment. Congratulations again to both of you—and I hope you’ll visit Japan again someday!

I had the honor of photographing a beautiful couple’s surprise proposal in front of Cinderella Castle at Tokyo Disneyland. We had planned the shoot for the late afternoon, but the area was extremely crowded. It took some time to find the perfect spot, but just as the couple arrived, the crowd miraculously cleared, and everything went smoothly.
The people around them clapped and cheered, making it such a heartwarming and unforgettable moment. She was completely surprised by the proposal and looked truly touched. Even after the big moment, they enjoyed the rest of the shoot so much, which made me really happy as their photographer.
We were also lucky to catch the beautiful soft light of the evening, which added a romantic glow to the photos. The couple was incredibly friendly and warm, and I was so glad they loved the photos I captured. It was a very fulfilling shoot and I’m truly grateful they chose me to document such a special memory. Congratulations again, and I hope you come back to Japan soon!

I recently had the pleasure of photographing a truly lovely couple for their engagement photos in Osaka. We started our session at a botanical garden, where we were greeted by an incredible display of blooming roses. The timing couldn’t have been better—the roses were in full bloom, creating a breathtaking backdrop for their love story. The couple was surprised and delighted by how many flowers there were, and I was happy to suggest fun photo ideas so we could all enjoy the shoot together.
Although the weather was sunny and quite hot, we took breaks in the shade and enjoyed chatting throughout the session. Their positive energy was contagious, and they weren’t shy in front of the camera at all—they kept showing the most genuine and beautiful smiles, which made capturing natural moments so easy.
Later, we moved to a nearby shrine to capture photos in a more traditional Japanese setting. The couple showed great interest in Japanese culture, and I enjoyed sharing insights about the area with them while we explored and took more photos.
At the end of the session, they told me how much they loved the photos, and I was truly happy and honored to have been their photographer. Thank you so much for choosing me to capture your special moments in Japan. I hope you come back to visit again someday!

I recently had the pleasure of capturing a surprise proposal for a wonderful couple in the scenic Nara Park, Japan. Until the last moment, the groom-to-be and I were discussing where the perfect proposal spot would be. On the day of the shoot, I arrived early and found a peaceful area with beautiful cherry blossoms and friendly deer — the ideal setting for a romantic and unforgettable proposal.
This quiet location was away from the crowds, allowing for an intimate moment surrounded by nature and Nara’s famous deer. His proposal went perfectly as planned, and her reaction was full of joy and surprise. It was truly a special moment to witness and photograph.
After the proposal, we spent time exploring Nara Park together, taking photos at several scenic spots.
