A surprise proposal shoot in Osaka castle park!

I had the pleasure of capturing a beautiful proposal shoot at Osaka Castle Park with the happiest couple! The proposal was so smooth, and she was completely surprised and happy, even shedding tears of joy. Watching them made me emotional too—it was such a touching moment. I’m so grateful to have witnessed such a special occasion. Their happiness was contagious and made the entire shoot so much fun. Congratulations to both of you! It was an honor to be your photographer. Please come back to Japan again someday!

I went to Minoh Falls to take photos of a cheerful couple at the end of summer in 2024. We met at the station and walked toward the falls, stopping at some beautiful spots along the way to take photos. We also talked a lot about each other, Japan, and California. I had visited this area a month ago to check for good angles, so the shoot went very smoothly. Although it took about 50 minutes to reach the falls, I didn’t feel tired because we had so much fun. They wanted photos by the water and even went barefoot to get close. The photos turned out wonderfully, and they loved them all. I was so happy to capture these moments—thank you so much for choosing me as your photographer!

It was a fun shoot in Nara with the very friendly girl who good at feeding deer. She was interested in all things that I explained about a temple, Japanese culture, Nara, and deers. We talked a lot during the shoot and it was such a fun time. It is difficult to feed a baby deer but she handled the deer very well. They are like her pets and I was able to capture some beautiful moments. The shooting time was very short though I had a lot of fun with here and I am looking forward to having another shoot in Japan! Thank you!!

I did a proposal photoshoot at Wakakusa Mountain in Nara! Before the couple arrived, their family had prepared photos and a cake in advance, making the proposal extra special. She was completely surprised and delighted by the unexpected moment. It was such a joyful shoot that brought happiness to everyone there. Although I was worried about the rain that day, it stayed dry during the shoot, and we had a wonderful time. Congratulations to the happy couple!

I had the pleasure of capturing a proposal shoot in Arashiyama, Kyoto. We met early in the morning near Togetsukyo Bridge, and the photos turned out beautifully. The weather was perfect, with gorgeous sunlight and a bright blue sky—it couldn’t have been better! The couple was so cheerful and fun, and I was thrilled to see how much they loved the photos. I had a fantastic photo shoot with a very cheerful couple! We met at the kimono shop in Gion that they had booked, and the shoot started from there. Right away, I felt like I had become friends with them because they were smiling and talking to me so warmly from the start. Thanks to their friendliness, the shoot was not only fun but also went very smoothly, and they were thrilled every time I showed them the photos I took. The kimonos looked great on them, and I was happy to see them showing respect for Japanese culture while visiting shrines and temples during the shoot. Thank you for booking my photography service. I had a wonderful time and look forward to seeing you again!

I had the pleasure of photographing a wonderful couple in Osaka. They were dressed in traditional kimonos, which looked absolutely perfect, especially in the beautiful shrine where we shot. Even though they said it was their first time having a photo shoot, they gave me such natural smiles, and we were able to capture so many great photos with ease. I was also thrilled that they showed so much interest in the history of the shrine and Japanese culture, and it made me happy to explain it to them. It was a hot day, but the hour flew by. Thank you both for such a fun and enjoyable time!

I had the pleasure of photographing a very cool man traveling solo! He was the perfect fit for a nighttime shoot in Namba, and every shot we took turned out amazing. I had a wonderful family photoshoot in Kyoto! It was a really hot day in August, but the entire family was full of energy and so cheerful, making the shoot an absolute joy. We took photos around Yasaka Pagoda and Maruyama Park, and they truly enjoyed the session. Every time I showed them the pictures, they were so happy, which made me really happy too. Thank you so much for walking around in the heat! I hope to see you again in Japan! Maybe next time in cooler weather! Haha

Family photo-shootings in Osaka and Kyoto during summer!

I had two incredibly fun family photo shoots over two days! We took some amazing shots in both Osaka and Kyoto, and I’m excited to share them here. In Osaka, we shot at Osaka Castle during the day and Dotonbori at night. Despite the heat, they stayed so cheerful and gave me beautiful smiles throughout the shoot. Their outfits for the night shoot and the Kyoto session were perfectly coordinated and balanced for the whole family. I was also really happy to see their interest in all the locations I took them to, and their eagerness to learn about Japanese culture. Thank you so much for the wonderful two days! Please come back to Japan again!
