I had the pleasure of conducting a pre-wedding photoshoot in Kyoto! This group was not only incredibly friendly but also exceptionally nice. Our journey began at Fushimi Inari Shrine, and together we strolled through the shrine’s main area. Despite the September date, it was scorching hot. They donned traditional Japanese wedding Kimono and Hakama, and even though I was sweating profusely, they somehow managed to look even more impressive. We captured many stunning pre-wedding shots amidst the vibrant red gates.
Afterward, we headed to the Gion area, where I guided them to popular locations, including a picturesque spot with the Yasaka Pagoda. We collected numerous beautiful photographs from these locations and others. As our photoshoot concluded, they enjoyed a well-deserved round of beers, marking the happiest moment during our time together!
I genuinely relished every moment of the photoshoot and want to express my heartfelt gratitude for choosing my photography service. Looking forward to our next encounter! Cheers! 📸🎩👰🍻
I had the privilege of capturing a wonderful proposal in Kyoto, and it was an incredible experience! I positioned myself at the ideal vantage point to capture the Yasaka Pagoda, a highly popular location even at the early hour of 7 am. The couple chose to wear yukatas, which they had prepared themselves. Although this required some time, the result was picture-perfect.
The magical moment unfolded when he approached me with a request, “Can you take our photo?” This was the predetermined signal for his proposal. With the Yasaka Pagoda as a magnificent backdrop, his proposal was a resounding success. We captured numerous stunning photos amidst the backdrop of this iconic structure.
Despite the scorching heat, our photo session was filled with joy and excitement. I want to express my heartfelt gratitude for choosing me to be a part of this special moment. Congratulations to the both of you, and I wish you a future filled with love and happiness! 📸💍🎉
I met an awesome family in Kyoto and took their photos in all of main places of Kyoto such as Fushimi Inari shrine, Yasaka pagoda in Gion area, Bamboo forest in Arashiyama and more for 2 days! It was amazing shooting days for me. The kids were very friendly and I talked about Pokemon and some Japanese anime with them a lot. I like to playing game and watching anime, So we had really fun talking time while we walked to next photo spot. I had the pleasure of meeting an incredible family during my time in Kyoto, and together, we explored all the city’s major attractions over the course of two fantastic days! These two shooting days were an absolute delight for me. The children in the family were not only friendly but also shared a common interest in Pokémon and some popular Japanese anime. Given my own passion for gaming and anime, we had an absolute blast discussing these topics as we journeyed from one photo location to the next. Their parents, who were incredibly cheerful and amiable, added to the enjoyment of our shooting time. Capturing their family moments and individual portraits brought me immense joy, and I can’t thank them enough for choosing my shooting tour for two full days. I eagerly anticipate the possibility of seeing them again in the future. Until then, take care, and best wishes! 😊
I had an amazing photoshoot capturing a surprise proposal in the enchanting Gion district of Kyoto! The couple I worked with was exceptionally friendly and warm, and their easygoing nature helped create a relaxed atmosphere throughout the shoot. We initially met at a kimono rental shop where they dressed in yukata, the perfect choice for a summer-style kimono, and they looked absolutely stunning. The gentleman and I had devised a plan for the proposal, choosing a picturesque, narrow traditional path in the heart of the Gion area as the ultimate setting. Before the proposal moment, I guided them through various captivating photo spots starting from the kimono shop, and I was delighted to see their genuine interest in everything I shared and explained to them. The proposal itself was nothing short of incredible, and her joyful “YES!” was met with elation. Their beaming smiles were infectious, and I couldn’t resist capturing every precious moment. It was truly a wonderful experience, and I’m immensely grateful to them for choosing me to be part of this special occasion. I eagerly anticipate the opportunity to work with them again in the future. Until then, take care!
I recently had a wonderful photoshoot in the charming Arashiyama district of Kyoto, and it was an absolute blast! The family I had the pleasure of working with was not only friendly but also incredibly cheerful, making it a joyous shooting day.
The children, a boy and a girl, were unbelievably cute, and we got along famously throughout the entire photoshoot. Despite the scorching heat of the day, we wisely took breaks between shooting locations to cool down. To my pleasant surprise, they treated me to an iced coffee, and I couldn’t resist capturing some heartwarming moments of them relishing ice cream at a local cafe.
Our photographic adventure took us to some of Arashiyama’s most iconic spots, including the picturesque Togetsukyo Bridge, the enchanting Kimono Forest, a serene temple, and the mesmerizing Bamboo Forest. Despite the two-hour stroll in the heat, not once did the kids utter a single complaint. They embraced the photoshoot with unbridled enthusiasm, and their positive energy made it an incredibly happy day for me.
Meeting and working with this family was truly a delight, and I’m immensely grateful for the experience. Thank you for choosing me to capture these precious moments, and I can’t wait to see you all again!
I recently conducted a family photoshoot at Fushimi Inari Shrine in the midst of July, and I must say, the experience was fantastic. The family I had the pleasure of working with was incredibly gracious and warm. Particularly, the three boys were an absolute delight, infusing the entire photoshoot with a wonderful energy. Despite the scorching weather, they all donned traditional Japanese summer attire, Yukata, which not only looked splendid but also helped beat the heat.
Yukata turned out to be a splendid choice for a shrine photoshoot. The backdrop of the shrine’s traditional settings blended seamlessly with the attire, enhancing the overall aesthetic. The session was a blend of family portraits, individual shots of parents, the boys, and even candid moments. I must say, it was an awesome shooting experience.
I genuinely appreciate your decision to book this session, and I couldn’t have asked for a better group to work with. Your enthusiasm made the shoot a breeze, and I’m truly thankful for that. Looking forward to the opportunity of capturing more beautiful memories together in the future. Until then, take care and see you soon!
I had a shooting of a great family at Fushimiinari shrine in Kyoto at the beginning of summer. They are very friendly and nice family and it was very easy to get along with them. Thanks to them I relaxed while I took their photos for 1 hour and enjoyed very much. Fushimi Inari Shrine is the most popular sightseeing spot in Kyoto and very crowded every time. Many Tori gates are on main street of the shrine and everyone take photos though we got beautiful photos without people on background! Yay!! We needed to wait for good chance and it takes time but worth it!! Not only Tori gates, This shrine has other great photo spots and I took their photos as much as possible. It was a great shooting time and I was so happy to take your photos:) Thank you so much for taking my photoshooting tour!! See you again!!
I recently had the opportunity to be a part of a beautiful surprise proposal photoshoot in Kyoto. It was an incredible experience that I want to share with you all. This couple, who had been visiting Kyoto from out of town, had a special plan in mind. With the help of their friends, they orchestrated a surprise proposal, and I was fortunate enough to capture the magical moment.
We started the day at a charming shrine in Kyoto, where we took some group photos to commemorate their visit. The atmosphere was filled with excitement and anticipation. After that, we headed to a nearby park, where I had the chance to capture stunning individual portraits of the couple. It was amazing to witness their love and personalities shine through in each shot.
As we explored the park, we arrived at a picturesque bridge—a spot I had carefully chosen for the proposal. Amidst the serene surroundings, the boyfriend got down on one knee and asked the big question. The surprise on the girlfriend’s face, followed by sheer happiness, was absolutely priceless. I felt honored to be there and document such a heartfelt moment.
To celebrate their engagement, their friends joined in the fun and brought some props, adding a touch of joy and laughter to the photoshoot. We had a wonderful time capturing candid moments that truly reflected their happiness and the bonds they shared.
Afterwards, just the three of us continued the photoshoot in the enchanting Gion area of Kyoto. We explored various locations, capturing their love against the backdrop of Kyoto’s timeless beauty. Their chemistry was undeniable, and I was able to capture some truly natural and heartfelt shots.
I want to extend my warmest congratulations to the couple once again. It was a privilege to be a part of their special day and to witness their love story unfold. Thank you for allowing me to capture these precious memories. These photos will serve as a lasting reminder of the joy and love you experienced during this unforgettable chapter of your lives.

I had a photoshoot for a family in Arashiyama! It was a delightful session with a wonderful family of four, including a little boy and a girl, along with their parents. We spent a joyous two hours together. The girl was extremely friendly and didn’t hesitate to warm up to me. She held my hand as we walked and shared various stories. It was delightful how quickly we became friends. When taking family photos, they confidently looked into the camera and struck poses, making it easy for me to capture natural-looking shots. The parents were also incredibly cheerful, and their smiles were lovely. We chatted, walked, and took photos together, making it a fulfilling day. Thank you for the enjoyable time. Let’s meet again soon!
Today’s photoshoot was a request for a family session from Singapore. We arranged to meet in Arashiyama, and they were waiting there dressed in beautiful kimonos. The weather was excellent, and during the two-hour shoot, I could feel the kindness of the daughters who had prepared this session to bring joy to their mother. I captured photos of the entire family of three, and I also took individual portraits of each family member. Initially, the mother seemed a bit shy, but when I showed her the pictures we took, she had a delighted expression, which made me happy too. Interestingly, the son of this family had previously hired me for a photoshoot. I truly appreciate it when the entire family chooses to book a session with me. Thank you very much. Until next time!:)
I had the opportunity to capture a surprise proposal. We met with this couple at the Kyoto Botanical Gardens and took numerous photos amidst the beautiful flowers and greenery. We hadn’t predetermined the exact location for the surprise proposal, so we decided to walk around and let him find a suitable spot. There was a charming bridge over a small river, and he chose that spot to propose. She happily accepted, and the ring on her finger, shining and sparkling, looked incredibly beautiful. As I captured those moments, I felt truly delighted. Congratulations to them! I’m glad I could contribute to creating such precious memories. Please visit Japan again in the future!
I had the privilege of photographing the most vibrant and energetic couple for their wedding photoshoot! It took place in Arashiyama, Kyoto, so we were able to capture many beautiful photos in the bamboo grove, along the Katsura River, and in the kimono forest. It seemed like they had a bit of a tough time coming from Osaka to Arashiyama, as they arrived a little late, but we managed to collaborate and capture various poses within the limited time. My favorite shots are the jumping shots in the bamboo grove and the photos taken while they were piggybacking along the river. They changed into a different outfit midway, which added a different atmosphere to the photos and made them even more enchanting. Throughout the shoot, this couple remained cheerful, kind, and full of energy, making it an incredibly enjoyable time. Please visit Japan again in the future! Thank you, and congratulations!
I had the most incredible proposal photoshoot in front of Yasaka Pagoda in Gion, Kyoto. This location is very famous and popular, so it’s always crowded with tourists, making it quite challenging to take photos. That’s why we decided to meet at 7:30 am and planned to do the proposal shoot right away. Even at 7:30 am, there were already a few people preparing to take good photos. We waited for the right moment when there were fewer people, positioned ourselves at a spot where Yasaka Pagoda would be beautifully captured, and he proposed. We were able to capture the perfect moment without any people in the background, and I was overjoyed. Of course, she accepted the proposal. It became an unforgettable day. Afterward, we took various photos around Yasaka Pagoda. There were fewer people compared to daytime, so we were able to smoothly take photos in places that are usually crowded, making it a fulfilling hour. Thank you for such a happy time! Congratulations!!
We conducted a surprise proposal photoshoot at Maruyama Park in Kyoto’s Gion district. He expressed his desire for the shoot to take place in the early morning when there are fewer people, so I headed to Kyoto in the morning. He also mentioned wanting a bouquet, so I made the necessary preparations. I hid the bouquet and waited for them to arrive, pretending to be a tourist. After their arrival, he approached me and asked if I could take their photo. Of course, this was part of our plan. I guided them to the bridge to take photos, and that’s when we executed the proposal plan. She was genuinely surprised but incredibly happy, and the atmosphere was filled with joy for all of us. I’m glad she liked the bouquet too. Congratulations, truly. May you both be happy!
