I had the pleasure of capturing a beautiful Arashiyama surprise proposal for a bright and joyful couple visiting Kyoto, Japan.

We had been planning this special moment together for quite some time, so I was truly excited to finally meet them in Arashiyama. As a Kyoto proposal photographer, these moments are always meaningful, but this one was especially unforgettable.

The proposal went incredibly smoothly. I approached them naturally, blending in as a tourist, and she had no idea I was their photographer. Even when the proposal started, she still thought I was just another visitor, which made the surprise even more magical. Her reaction was full of genuine emotion and happiness.

After the proposal, I showed them some of the photos, and they were absolutely thrilled. Seeing their reaction reminded me why I love being a surprise proposal photographer in Kyoto.

We continued the photoshoot around Arashiyama, capturing a variety of romantic and natural moments. Walking through the beautiful scenery, we had time to talk, and I could feel how warm, joyful, and connected they were as a couple. Their smiles and energy made the entire experience even more special.
