This year, Kyoto experienced an unusually cold spring, and the cherry blossoms bloomed later than usual. However, we were fortunate enough to capture a surprise proposal on the exact day the sakura reached full bloom. Despite concerns about the crowds, we managed to find a quiet, less crowded spot just away from the busiest areas. The weather was perfect, with the cherry blossoms in full bloom, creating a breathtaking backdrop for the proposal.

The moment he popped the question, she was overjoyed and couldn’t stop smiling, and watching their happiness made me feel incredibly lucky to be a part of such a special moment. We then had the chance to take more beautiful photos with the sakura, and they were thrilled with the results.
