I recently photographed a wonderful couple in Arashiyama, one of Kyoto’s most beautiful spots during the peak of the autumn season. The fall colors were absolutely stunning, but what truly made this session special was their bright smiles and warm personalities. Because of that, I captured so many great photos.

We connected within just a few minutes of meeting, and I instantly knew the session would be fun. The one hour we spent together passed so quickly as we walked through different parts of Arashiyama, discovering places I don’t usually visit and creating a variety of unique photos.

Every time I showed them the images on my camera, they told me how beautiful they were, which made me genuinely happy to photograph them. Experiencing the mix of vibrant autumn scenery and their wonderful energy made this session unforgettable.

I’m truly grateful that I had the chance to meet them and photograph their special moments in Kyoto. I hope they visit Japan again someday. When they do, I would love to take them out for a meal and create more memories together!
