We captured a beautiful surprise proposal during cherry blossom season in Nara, one of the most iconic locations in Japan for sakura photography.

The photoshoot took place in Nara Park, a spacious and scenic park known for its hundreds of cherry blossom trees and freely roaming deer. This makes Nara Park one of the best locations in Japan for a romantic proposal photoshoot.

Although the couple accidentally took the wrong train and arrived a bit late, he managed to bring her to the meeting point without revealing the surprise. She had absolutely no idea what was about to happen, and even when I approached them, she didn’t suspect anything.

When he proposed, she was completely surprised and overjoyed. It was a truly emotional and unforgettable moment during their trip to Japan.

After the proposal, we explored different areas of Nara Park, capturing photos under full bloom cherry blossoms and with the famous Nara deer. Every location gave us beautiful scenery, and the couple looked so happy in every shot.

They also spoke a little Japanese, which helped create a relaxed and fun atmosphere throughout the session. I was able to spend more time with them and capture even more special moments.
